Personnel are from all occupational categories, unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled as well as trained professionals and management staff. Nowadays the group attempt to focus on preventative programmes. Specifically HIV/Aids prevention programmes are launched with VCT’s. Life skills and the promotion of social responsibility is also high on the agenda and will be a focus for the group.
